Since I'm a new user, I haven't explored all the features of the program yet. However, after mty initial work I think the program should be a little more intuitive with additional help notes. I also think you should have more drugs in the database. I know this is a lot of work because I'm working on my own database for the P450 Isoform substrates, inhibitors, and inducers.

So far, I've used the Drug section with Depleting and Drug Classes which work very well.
